I am Ed, Founder of Head to Head Coaching.  My Professional career has taken many twists and turns which has led to becoming a certifed coach.  Along with a huge love for the ocean I have a passion for working in the education sector, ensuring young people achieve their potential.  I also know the world they are entering will require our leaders to be more  responsive than ever.
